Louder With Crowder Reports: If you need further proof that conservatives are winning and Bud Light virtue signaled themselves into an all-time marketing blunder, it's this. Anheuser-Busch is in cover-your-ass mode.
None of the higher-ups knew ANYTHING about the decision to destroy Bud Light's brand by signing titface performer Dyland Mulvaney to a brand ambassadorship deal. A low-level staffer allegedly made the decision .
That's right, friends. AB is going to "our social media intern tweeted the wrong thing" route.
Behind the scenes at AB, 'no one at a senior level' was aware of the partnership that has now dominated headlines for weeks, and the decision to include Mulvaney in the campaign was taken by a 'low-level marketing staffer,' two sources close to the situation told The Daily Wire.
That claim comes despite the attention on Bud Light's VP of marketing, Alissa Heinerscheid, for her remarks in an interview days before the Mulvaney partnership , saying she wanted to trade the brand's 'fratty' reputation for 'inclusivity'.
"It was a mistake."

It's important to know your audience who is your ideal consumer because that's who you Market to. When you've already established a brand, if you're trying to rebrand yourself, I think ideally and I could be wrong here, but coming from a marketing standpoint you improve upon the product you don't change who your marketing to. Because if you have a loyal fan base you doing this kind of shenanigans obviously… You're gonna lose that fan base if you're trying to gain more of a fan base you need to know what your competitions doing and then do it better.. If this marketing ploy was done to make everyone feel "included", I call bs. If you wanted to drink Bud Light, then you drank it. NO ONE was stopping you. It was just yet another way to cram this down people's throats.
