Blood Diamond

Oscar nominees Leonardo DiCaprio and Djimon Hounsou join Oscar-winning star Jennifer Conley in this drama and action movie by Ed Zwick, the maker of The Last Samurai. DiCaprio plays Danny Archer, a mercenary trafficker looking for a precious diamond amid the chaos of the Civil War in Sierra Leone and Honso (Gladiator) as a miserable father looking for his missing son and A Beautiful Mind as a journalist looking for the truth behind the trade in "conflict diamonds." Forced to face the brutal human cost of diamond trade, Archer changes his search for financial reward and seeks a search for salvation.
