After a seemingly innocent sexual encounter, 19-year-old Jay becomes trapped by a vicious curse - "it" is following her, and the only way to save herself is to put others in harm's way.

For 19-year-old Jay, autumn should be a time for school, boys, and weekends spent at the lake. However, after what seemed like an innocent sexual encounter, she finds herself plagued by strange visions and an inescapable sense that someone or something is stalking her.

Confronted with this burden, Jay and her friends must discover a means to elude the horrors that appear to be just a few steps behind them.
