A junior American football team made up of rejects from other squads, manages to turn their fortunes around with a little help from professional players. When his daughter is not selected for the football team run by pro Kevin O'Shea, an outraged father decides to put a team together himself using all the kids rejected by O'Shea and enlisting some expert outside help.
