- Ellen Page, who played a female character on the show for Seasons 1 and 2, underwent some sort of sex change transition in real life to become a man named Elliot. The writers of the show spent a lot of time in Season 3 on transgender pandering after Ellen's female character became a male character. There is also a lot of racism thrown into that season. All of that ruined an otherwise entertaining show. I'm not sure why "Elliot" could not have simply continued to play the female character in the show because Page is an actor and actors routinely play/act as other people.
