Follows a motor-mouthed outsider offered a chance at a better life, but only if he can successfully deliver a mysterious package across a post-apocalyptic wasteland.

In a post-apocalyptic America, John Doe, a milkman, embarks on a perilous delivery mission from Chicago to New San Francisco. Partnered with Quiet, they navigate a lawless wasteland ruled by eccentric factions, including cannibalistic BBQ fanatics and a religious biker gang.

The journey is further complicated by the ruthless Agent Stone and the enigmatic killer clown, Sweet Tooth, who controls Las Vegas. Amidst the chaos, the show blends humor and dark themes as characters confront their tragic pasts.
