A teenager, Kale, is sentenced to house arrest and becomes convinced that his neighbor is a serial killer. With the help of his friends, he starts to investigate, but they soon realize that they might be in over their heads as danger begins to close in.

A troubled high school student becomes convinced he is living next door to a wanted serial killer. Struggling to come to terms with the death of his father, the teen lands himself in hot water after a fight with a teacher and is put under house arrest.

During his domestic confinement, he begins to spy on his mysterious neighbor, believing him to be a murderous psychopath on the run from the authorities.
